Konnect is an app that enhances connections between managers and employees through effective 1:1 meeting management. Often, these meetings become less effective due to a lack of clear agendas or actionable items, or when one party dominates the conversation, preventing the other from raising important issues.
Konnect allows both managers and employees to set their agenda items and to-dos beforehand, ensuring that no important communications are missed. It also serves as a history of past discussions. Additionally, Konnect includes a poker planning feature for estimating tickets.
I designed the branding, user experience, and user interface, including both light and dark modes. You can view a preview of it here. Select a profile to view the app as either a manager or employee. Click on the logo to return to the profiles.
